BlueView Talent in Lisbon seeks a Customer Specialist to join an international team and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will handle inquiries across orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat and other channels.

Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is needed, and relocation support is available. Onsite work with meal allowance, health and life insurance.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) for daily customer interactions.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication skills; eager to learn in travel field.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers across inquiries, orders, accounts, products and services.
• Provide professional, personalized support via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information and solutions.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with products, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
