Job summary

Innopath Consulting Lda in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to join an international team. You will assist customers with orders, accounts, products, services, and general requests via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, delivering tailored solutions and a positive experience.

You will work onsite in Braga, collaborate with other departments, stay updated on products, and participate in ongoing training to grow your customer service expertise within the Travel industry.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French at C1/C2 level.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem solving.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
• Interest in developing professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping and deliveries, payments, account management, products, and available services.
• Understand customer concerns and recommend suitable solutions based on individual needs.
• Address complaints and challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and a focus on resolution.
• Assist customers in navigating relevant systems, processes, products, and service options.
• Record customer interactions, requests, and outcomes accurately in internal databases and support tools.
• Coordinate with other departments to investigate issues and resolve requests requiring additional assistance.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback to help improve service quality and internal processes.
• Stay informed about product updates, service offerings, operational procedures, and company policies through regular training and ongoing development.
