Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions.
• Manage complaints and customer situations calmly and professionally.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support is required.
• Share feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep knowledge of products, services, procedures, and policies up to date through training.
