Innopath Consulting Lda in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to join an international team. You will support customers across orders, accounts, products, services, and information, ensuring smooth, professional, and positive experiences.

You'll communicate via phone, email, chat and other digital platforms, delivering accurate, timely, and personalised assistance while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
• Interest in developing professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training.
