Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the primary contact for customers, delivering top-tier support across phone, email, and chat while resolving inquiries and guiding users through products and services.

You will document interactions, collaborate with teams, and stay aligned with policies and quality targets. The role is onsite in Portugal, with relocation assistance and competitive benefits to support your growth in customer service.

Competenze

• Language skills: fluent French at C1/C2 level.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Skills: strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in CS.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, accounts, products, services, orders, and other requests.
• Listen to customer needs and provide clear, helpful information.
• Resolve questions and concerns while maintaining a positive customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, or services as needed.
• Document interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases per company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet quality standards, response-time targets, and CS satisfaction goals.
• Stay informed about policies, products, and services through ongoing training.
