Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the main point of contact for customers, handling questions, accounts, products, and services and delivering a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

You will support customers via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, while documenting interactions and escalating complex cases as needed. Join a growth-focused team in a collaborative office setting.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, account-related matters, products, services, orders, and other support requests.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, or services whenever assistance is required.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Meet established quality standards, response-time targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay informed about company policies, procedures, products, and services through continuous training and development.
