Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our international team in Portugal. You will be the main contact for customers across channels, delivering professional and personalized support and helping solve questions related to accounts, products, services, and orders.

Qualifikationen

• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to accounts, products, services, orders, payments and general requests.
• Provide clear, accurate, and relevant information while following company policies and procedures.
• Understand customer needs and provide practical, timely, and effective solutions.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Identify complex or sensitive cases and elevate them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are investigated and resolved efficiently.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, response times, quality, and resolution performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training and continuous development.
