Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our dynamic international team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional, personalized support across phone, email, chat, and other channels to ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

You will resolve inquiries, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service quality within the travel sector.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and French (C1/C2) is required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
