Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year of customer support experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with account questions and platform functionality.
• Guide customers through features and services and troubleshoot issues.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Identify escalation needs and collaborate with internal teams.
• Achieve KPIs for customer satisfaction, productivity, response times.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through regular training.
