Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to support users of our innovative e-health platform. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, and live chat, guiding users through the platform and providing clear, professional assistance.

Qualificações

Fluent in French (C1/C2)
0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

Provide professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels
Assist users with questions about accounts, platform features, services and general requests
Help customers navigate the e-health platform with clear, easy-to-follow guidance
Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions
Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems
Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams according to procedures
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times and resolution rates
