Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist in Portugal, Braga. You will be the main contact for customers, delivering professional support through phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels to ensure a smooth experience.

You will help with accounts, products, services, orders, and payments, documenting interactions and guiding customers through processes, while collaborating with internal teams to meet KPIs in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French at C1/C2 level and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to accounts, products, services, orders, and payments.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and policies through training.
