Job summary

Innopath Consulting Lda is seeking a Customer Specialist to deliver high-quality customer support across phone, email, and chat, helping customers navigate orders, accounts, products, and services. You will join an international team and represent the brand with professionalism and empathy.

Fluent French required (C1/C2). EU citizenship or Portuguese residence is needed. The role offers hybrid work, relocation support for eligible candidates, and a competitive salary aligned with experience.

Qualifications

• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
