Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Specialist to be a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.

You will address questions about accounts, products, services, and orders, document interactions, collaborate with internal teams, and meet KPIs while participating in ongoing training and development in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to accounts, products, services, orders, payments, and general requests.
• Provide clear, accurate, and relevant information while following company policies and procedures.
• Understand customer needs and provide practical, timely, and effective solutions.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Identify complex or sensitive cases and elevate them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure issues are investigated and resolved efficiently.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, response times, quality, and resolution performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.
