Hiring International is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our teams in Lisbon, Porto or Braga. The role supports a world-leading brand and offers on-site or hybrid work, starting date flexible.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, guide users through processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high quality customer experience. Fluent French (native or C2) and good English (B1/B2) are required, with hospitality or prior CS experience

Qualificações

• Native or C2 level French with professional English (B1/B2).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
