Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist to be a main contact for customers via phone, email, live chat and other channels. You will resolve inquiries, guide users through products and processes, and document interactions in internal systems.

Fluent French required, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and 0–1 year in customer support or related roles. The position offers a hybrid work model with salary and benefits reflecting your skills and potential.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card
• 0–1 year experience in customer support or related role
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to accounts, products, services, orders, payments, and general requests.
• Provide clear, accurate information while following company policies and procedures.
• Understand customer needs and provide practical, timely and effective solutions.
• Handle questions, concerns and complaints professionally with a focus on satisfaction.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, actions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate to appropriate teams when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, response times, quality and resolution.
