Cross Border Talents in Braga is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support representative for a hybrid role with no weekends. You’ll be the main contact for customers via phone, email and chat, delivering quick, accurate answers and guiding their journey.

You’ll log interactions in internal systems, escalate complex cases, collaborate with internal teams, and aim to meet KPIs, quality standards, and timely responses while continuously learning about products and policies.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer support or related experience.
• Fluent in French (C2 level).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Multi-channel support: Assist customers professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and support account-related requests.
• Explain solutions clearly, address concerns, and ensure customers feel supported.
• Log interactions and resolutions carefully in internal systems.
• Flag and escalate complex or sensitive cases according to procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Meet service KPIs, quality standards, and response-time goals.
• Stay updated on products, policies, and best practices to deliver excellent support.
