Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Portugal to be the primary contact for French-speaking customers, handling questions, accounts, products, and services with empathy and accuracy.

You will document interactions, escalate when necessary, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast, professional resolutions. This onsite role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth in customer success.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in CS

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, account-related matters, products, services, orders, and other requests.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Resolve questions and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, or services when needed.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases per company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless experience.
• Meet established quality standards, response-time targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay informed about policies, products, and services through ongoing training.
