Cross Border Talents in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the main contact for customers across channels, resolving questions about accounts, products, and services with empathy and clarity.

You will document interactions, escalate complex cases, and continuously learn about policies and offerings while meeting quality and response targets to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, account-related matters, products, services, orders, and other support requests.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, or services whenever assistance is required.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Meet established quality standards, response-time targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay informed about company policies, procedures, products, and services through continuous training and development.
