Cross Border Talents is seeking a French Customer Success Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will support clients via phone, chat, email, and social media, resolving inquiries and enhancing the customer experience.

The role requires fluent French (C2) and 0–1 year of customer support experience, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C2 level).
• 0–1 year experience in customer support.
