Viva is seeking a Client Relationship Representative to actively promote services and onboard merchants on the field. The role focuses on ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support while expanding the portfolio of Viva's business clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business development, experience in payments is a plus, and strong English and Portuguese communication skills. The position is permanent, with a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese at business level.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Viva services and onboard new merchants on field.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and address arising issues.
• Present product features and benefits effectively.
• Visit clients and attend industry events to strengthen relationships.
