Viva.com is a leading European fintech for businesses, seeking a Cient Relationship Representative to actively promote services to merchants on the field and ensure activation and ongoing support. The role focuses on onboarding, verification, and strong relationship-building across Europe.

The position offers a permanent EOR contract, a bonus tied to performance, and a comprehensive benefits package including meal vouchers, allowances, car allowance, and medical cover.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in payments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Business-level English and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company services and onboard new merchants on field;
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes;
• Monitor portfolio performance and address arising issues;
• Present product features and benefits effectively;
• Visit clients and attend industry events to strengthen relationships.

• 2+ years of experience in business development ideally in the payment sector. FMCG, Retail or any other relevant sales function would be also welcomed;

• Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions;
• Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels;
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects;
• Strong language skills with the ability to speak English and Portuguese at a business level.
