Viva.Com is seeking a field-based Business Development professional in Lisbon to onboard merchants and promote the company’s payment solutions across Europe. You will verify merchant details, activate services, and monitor portfolio performance while presenting clear product benefits.

The role requires 2+ years in payments, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese at business level. A permanent position with an EOR is offered in a dynamic fintech environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in business development in the payment sector.
• Ability to identify business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and confidence interacting with diverse people at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage parallel projects.
• Fluent English and business-level Portuguese.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development in the payment sector;
• Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions;
• Be a strong stakeholderwith engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels;
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects;
• Strong language skills with the ability to speak English and Portuguese at a business level.
