Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Tech Support Advisor in Lisbon to assist Internet and Telecoms customers with connectivity, routers, set-top boxes, and service questions. You will diagnose issues methodically, guide customers through router configuration, and explain statuses in plain language.

You will log every action to keep customer history complete and benefit from paid training and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Interest in networks and home connectivity.
• Prior telecoms support experience is advantageous.
• Patient, logical and able to follow structured troubleshooting steps.
• Rotating shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with connectivity and router issues over the phone or chat.
• Diagnose issues methodically and decide if on-call fix or technician visit is needed.
• Record actions in systems to maintain customer history.
