Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting in Lisbon for English-speaking technology support specialists to join a growing team helping customers with software, devices and online platforms. You will be the first point of contact, so clear, patient communication matters as much as technical knowledge.

Your day will involve diagnosing problems, guiding customers through fixes step by step, escalating complex cases and documenting every interaction across chat, email and voice channels.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or higher.
• Technical or tech support background.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence.
• Right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship, residence card/permit, or refugee status).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and guide customers through fixes step by step.
• Escalate complex cases when needed and document every interaction.
• Communicate clearly across chat, email and voice channels; supported by team leaders.
