Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Basic IT knowledge is required, and patience and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Help English-speaking users with software installation, account access and basic troubleshooting.
• Use approved remote desktop tools to view issues on the customer’s screen to diagnose and explain fixes.
• Follow verification steps before taking control of a device and never request passwords in writing.
