Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to customers; resolve issues empathetically.
• Maintain accurate input of consumer inquiries in the CRM.
• Troubleshoot using available docs and training materials.
• Offer practical recommendations for common questions.
