Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Tech Support Advisor to help customers with connectivity, routers, set‑top boxes and overall service issues. You will diagnose problems, walk customers through troubleshooting, and decide whether on‑call fixes or technician visits are needed.

You will log actions to maintain a complete customer history. Requirements include fluent English (C1+), interest in networks, patience, and willingness to work rotating shifts; paid training is offered.

Formación

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• An interest in networks and home connectivity is important.
• Prior experience with telecoms support is advantageous.
• Patient, logical and comfortable with structured troubleshooting steps.
• Rotating shifts apply.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose connectivity and device issues (routers, set‑top boxes) and explain steps clearly.
• Guide customers through structured troubleshooting to identify fix or escalation.
• Decide if a fix can be completed on call or if a technician visit is needed.
• Record every action in our systems to keep the customer history complete.
