KultureTalent - Global Talent is hiring an UK Technical Support Agent based in Lisbon for in-office support. You will handle UK customer hardware, software, and networking queries via phone, email, and chat, guiding users through solutions and configurations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in technical support with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and comfort working across shifts in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in a technical support role, preferably with UK-based customers.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and effective technical support to UK customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software/networking issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated cases promptly.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations.
