Cross Border Talents is looking for an Operations Customer Expert to assist business customers in the online advertising sector.

You will work with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them understand digital advertising tools and resolve questions throughout their customer journey.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Providing product and tool support.
• Assisting with pre-sales and post-sales questions.
• Explaining processes in a clear and accessible way.
• Handling sensitive information carefully.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks English at C1 level or above.
• Communicates confidently in writing and verbally.
• Shows empathy and a genuine desire to help.
• Can manage challenging situations constructively.
• Learns quickly and collaborates effectively.

Role details:
