• Helping small and medium-sized businesses through phone, chat, and email.
• Answering questions about products, advertising tools, and services.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Handling customer concerns with empathy.
• De-escalating challenging conversations.
• Working towards strong customer satisfaction results.
