Job summary

CB Talents SP in Lisbon is hiring Customer Experts (English Market) to support small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in social media and digital advertising technology.

You will handle chat, email and phone support, learning the tools and products while helping customers maximize self-serve advertising. A core focus is delivering great experiences with CSAT as a key metric.

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic, helpful and a real team player.
• Calm in tricky situations, with good de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information.
• A fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone.
• Help them get the most from self-serve digital advertising.
• Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support.
• Create great customer experiences. Your main KPI is CSAT (customer satisfaction).
