Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking Customer Experts for the English market in Lisbon. You will support small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email and phone, helping them maximize self-serve digital advertising and delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and calm problem-solving, with a focus on CSAT while training and a path toward a permanent contract after 2 years.

Qualificações

• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic, helpful and a real team player.
• Calm in tricky situations, with good de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information.
• A fast learner.

Responsabilidades

• Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone.
• Help them get the most from self-serve digital advertising.
• Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support.
• Create great customer experiences. Your main KPI is CSAT (customer satisfaction).
