The role includes training in English, a 12‑month contract with potential for permanency, and health/dental insurance after signature.

You will assist customers via chat, email and phone, maximize self‑serve advertising value, and deliver pre/post‑sales and product support.

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic and helpful with strong team player mindset.
• Calm under pressure with de‑escalation skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information.
• Fast learner and adaptable to a tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone.
• Help customers get the most from self‑serve digital advertising.
• Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support.
• Create great customer experiences with a focus on CSAT.
