Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring Customer Experts (English Market) to support small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in social media and digital advertising technology.

You will manage chat, email and phone requests, help customers maximise self-serve advertising, and deliver pre- and post-sales support. The role offers a 12‑month contract with potential to go permanent, paid training, private health and dental insurance, 22 days of holiday and a meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic, helpful and a true team player.
• Calm under pressure with strong de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support SMBs by chat, email and phone to help them grow online.
• Assist customers in getting the most from self-serve digital advertising.
• Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support.
• Create great customer experiences with a focus on CSAT.
