Cross Border Talents is hiring for an on-site customer support position in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist businesses with digital advertising products and tools, and respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

This is a full-time role, starting from 7 AM shifts and offering training and benefits. Ideal candidates will have English at C1 level, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a helpful, empathetic attitude with a willingness to learn.
