Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a native-level English Customer Support specialist to help SMB advertisers grow on major social media platforms. You will assist via chat, email and phone, guiding users of self-serve advertising tools.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB advertisers by chat, email and phone
• Provide pre- and post-sales support on self-serve advertising tools
• Troubleshoot product and tool issues and guide clients to success
• Deliver a warm, friendly experience with customer satisfaction as a key KPI
