Qualifications
- Speak English fluently
- Have customer service, technical support, sales, or similar experience
- Enjoy solving problems and explaining things clearly
- Are comfortable learning new digital tools
- Have strong communication and multitasking skills
- Are curious about technology, social media, or digital advertising
- Can work rotating schedules between 06:00 and 00:00, Monday–Sunday
Responsibilities
- Support businesses through live chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot advertising and product-related issues
- Guide customers through digital advertising tools and features
- Provide pre- and post-sales support
- Identify recurring problems and help find solutions
- Make outbound calls when needed to ensure issues are properly resolved
- Help improve the overall customer experience
