respond.io is seeking an Account Executive to expand our mid-market footprint across EMEA. You will drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close for Spanish-speaking prospects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will educate potential customers on the value of our AI-powered messaging platform, manage multiple opportunities, and help shape product messaging based on feedback. Excellent English and Spanish, B2B SaaS sales experience in EMEA, and a flexible remote work setup are

Formación

• Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales targeting mid-market accounts in the EMEA region.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish is required.
• Track record of closing SaaS deals and growing accounts is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Educate customers on the value of respond.io’s platform across chat, calls and email.
• Develop tailored solutions based on client needs and usage patterns.
• Manage multiple relationships across various stages of the sales process.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and product teams to align feedback and roadmap.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with key accounts.
