Spanish Enterprise Account Executive - AI Operations

Job summary

Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for AI-powered operations and is expanding into Spain. We are hiring a Spanish speaking Account Executive to open enterprise accounts, create your own pipeline and own complex opportunities from first conversation through commercial agreement.

This role offers the chance to shape how we win in a growth market, working with the founders, Head of Sales, Solutions Engineering and Growth to define the approach and drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in complex enterprise sales.
• Experience opening new accounts or markets with limited support.
• Experience selling to Spanish enterprise buyers and navigating evaluation and procurement processes.
• Ability to connect a technical solution to a measurable business problem.
• Strong discipline in pipeline development and forecasting.
• Clear communication and effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build a focused Spanish account plan and generate pipeline.
• Run discovery with business and technical stakeholders to understand problems and urgency.
• Develop access across buying groups and identify budget owners and decision makers.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to scope relevant use cases and business value.
• Lead opportunities through evaluation, procurement and close.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts.
• Document learnings and contribute to the Spain sales playbook.
