Cross Border Talents is seeking an ambitious, English-speaking Account Executive to join our Aveiro team. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, conduct high-volume outbound calls and meetings, and drive product trials to convert prospects into paying customers.

This permanent hybrid role offers a €30,000 gross annual base salary, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and clear career progression.

Qualificações

• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of experience in sales or related roles.
• Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven environment.
• Must reside in Spain and be available to work aligned with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and client meetings.
• Manage product trials and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Meet sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer handover.

Requirements:

• Native or bilingual English proficiency, preferably with a US English accent.
• 1–6 years of experience in sales, business development, outbound prospecting, or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment.
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Availability to work in alignment with US time zones.
