Product Pulse in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to join our international team. You will handle Dutch inquiries via phone, email, and chat, helping customers with product questions, orders and issues.

Initially you will work on-site for 3 months, then transition to a hybrid setup. The role offers a competitive salary, paid training, and a modern Lisbon office in a multicultural environment with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2) required.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and general inquiries.
• Deliver professional and solution-oriented support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to resolve ongoing cases.
• Maintain and update internal systems and customer records.
• Ensure clear and professional communication at all times.
