Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to assist customers in Dutch and English via phone, email and chat. You will resolve inquiries quickly and professionally while delivering an excellent, customer-focused experience.

Training is provided to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration into a friendly, multicultural team. Based in Lisbon or nearby, you will join an international team with a hybrid work option after the first 3 months and a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Lisbon or the surrounding area.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Customer-first attitude and strong communication skills.
