Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat and help resolve issues with a friendly, professional approach.

The role offers a competitive monthly salary with language and performance bonuses, a hybrid work arrangement after three months, day schedule 08:00–18:00, full training, and a multicultural team in central Lisbon.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Currently living in Lisbon or the surrounding area.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Customer-first attitude and good communication skills.
