Job summary

This role offers hybrid work after a 3-month onboarding, daytime hours between 08:00 and 18:00, full training, and a multicultural team in central Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Based in Lisbon or surrounding area.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Customer-first attitude and good communication skills.
