Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to assist customers in Dutch and English via phone, email and chat. You will resolve enquiries quickly and professionally, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience.

Based in central Lisbon, you will work in a friendly, multicultural team with hybrid work after the initial onboarding. Prior customer service is a plus, but not required, as training and onboarding are provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Currently living in Lisbon or the surrounding area.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Customer-first attitude and good communication skills.
