Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal, to assist Dutch-speaking customers with EV charging issues. You will start with on-site training and transition to a 24/7 rotation, with remote evenings and weekends using company equipment.

The role requires strong customer-first troubleshooting, CRM proficiency, and bilingual Dutch/English communication. Lisbon offers a vibrant tech scene and a Portuguese lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• CRM/ticketing system experience.
• Basic electrical, IoT and network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Previous customer-facing technical support experience.
• Native-level Dutch and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, resolving EV charging technical issues.
• Complete 3 weeks of on-site training (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00) before rotating to a 24/7 schedule.
• Work evenings/weekends remotely using company equipment.
