David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing customer experience company to hire Dutch-speaking Level 1 Technical Support Specialists for the eMobility team in Lisbon. The role provides first-line technical support for EV charging stations, with basic diagnostics, troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
The position is hybrid and full-time, based in Lisbon, Portugal. Ideal candidates will be native Dutch speakers with strong English, prior tech-support experience, and a comfort
Qualifications
- Native-level Dutch
- Proficiency in English
- Previous customer-facing technical support experience
- Basic understanding of EV charging or IoT helpful
Responsabilités
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email and chat about EV charger functionality and usage
- Perform initial diagnostics on power, network, and UI issues
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and configurations
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or field teams
- Document findings accurately in the ticketing system
- Prioritize cases according to SLAs and severity
- Assist in knowledge management and trend analysis
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV charger models and firmware
