SmartRecruitments in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to assist users of a global EV charging platform. You will respond to inquiries, perform basic diagnostics, and escalate complex issues while documenting findings for knowledge management.

Successful candidates will have Dutch and English proficiency, a high school diploma, and experience in a customer-facing technical role.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat about EV charger functionality.
• Perform initial diagnostics on charging stations and guide through troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or field service teams with proper documentation.
• Log interactions and findings in the ticketing system and monitor trends.
• Stay updated with latest EV chargers, firmware, and support procedures.
