A leading eMobility support provider is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Lisbon. This role involves providing technical assistance for electric vehicle charging stations, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and ensuring optimal user experience. Candidates should possess strong technical support experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support, preferably in a call center or IT/eMobility environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT, IoT, or electrical systems.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Residence in the Lisbon area.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding EV charger functionality and connectivity.
• Perform initial diagnostics and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or field service teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
• Contribute to trend analysis and product improvements.
