Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Specialist to support customers for a well-known coffee brand. You will handle inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services via phone, email and live chat, ensuring accurate information and a great experience.

Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, along with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and general information.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, product information, and services.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints and issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Refer complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about coffee products, brand offerings, policies and procedures through training.
